TeamBuilding Game Pilot and Demo – The Team Machine!

Be the first to experience our brand new app-based team building game, The Team Machine, designed specifically to provide a unique virtual experience.

Architects, Quartermasters and Engineers must work together across teams to successfully construct The Team Machine. And because we know you all like shorter activities with powerful learning, they’ll have just 30 minutes and a maximum of three attempts to complete its construction!

Afterwards, you’ll be able to reflect on why each part of the machine is important and have the opportunity to consider how well they were utilised during the activity – and are used on a daily basis back in the workplace.

The aims of the game are to:

Assess how well remote teams communicate.
Show the importance of clear, accurate communication.
Provide an opportunity to explore what makes a great team with the machine parts representing key features of effective teams – with some parts left to name and describe.

Places are limited to 12 so book soon to avoid disappointment!

Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and exclusively available to Trainers' Library members who have access to the Team Building Games as part of their membership.

Although the event is free to attend, please note that due to the demand and the limited spaces available, there will be a cancellation fee of £95.00 in the event of a no show, or cancellation within one month of the event if we are unable to refill your place. This helps ensure tickets are allocated fairly and used.
