Background
Andrea Ross was the Managing Director of an award winning executive search firm Robert Walters and managed the Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam businesses for 13 years with a proven track record of delivering year on year growth in net fee income and trading contribution.
In 2000 when Andrea joined the Singapore office it was at an infancy stage and her focus was not only recruiting talent for clients but also for internal purposes; targeting technical experts in their chosen field of expertise to hire as recruiters, putting together a successful on-boarding program, tailoring quarterly appraisal reviews to ensure targets are communicated and achieved year on year, designing recruitment training materials for new and experienced recruiters throughout their career & successfully coached her direct reports whilst delivering impactful internal training courses across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Japan.
The Career Establishment was launched in 2017 due to an on-going demand from the boutique and more established recruitment firms as well as the in-house recruitment businesses to offer quality, bespoke training programmes to all recruiters in Asia.

She also customises courses for clients for recruitment businesses.
Andrea is currently studying for the ACTA - Advanced Certificate of Training and Assessment that is a recognised training qualification in Singapore (completion December 2017).
