With a strong successful track record of business development in the financial, retail, transport, security and public sectors, Daryl has an in depth knowledge of why values based sales skills, key account management and building client relationships of trust are vital in business today. Over a number of years, Daryl has worked with a range of clients including RBS, Barclays Bank, HSBC, Lloyds, Old Mutual Wealth, Network Rail, First Group, Statoil, Heathrow (BAA), Specsavers, Levi Strauss, the Wood Group, the Department of Work and Pensions, and most recently the Co-op.

As an experienced business leader, sales director and coach, for over 25 years Daryl has worked for and with complex global organisations. Developing customised leadership development solutions and ensuring they have a real impact at every level, has been central to Daryl’s philosophy. Working in partnership with clients and colleagues, he makes certain that each bespoke solution is a powerful experience, building critical human connections. Prior to establishing ConsultF5 in 2014, Daryl worked with Oliver Wyman in a Global Learning & Development Client Director role.
Daryl has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management (ISM). He is a regular member of the judging panel for the UK National Sales Awards (BESMA). He is also an Associate of the CIPD, a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and holds a Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) .
