Worked across Customs to understand the impact of the UK leaving the EU. Leading in bringing in a key change to assist with the EU transition. High Performer of the Year 2020
Previous Role - Responsible for 3 areas within Business Tax, leading a key project team to identify major improvements to the services provided which are now in implementation. Worked with key external and internal stakeholders including other Government departments.
