I'm a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion specialist, and I run my own consultancy company called Global and Inclusive.
My focus is on ensuring companies can support ALL their employees to thrive.
I provide Healthchecks so the organisation can see how they’re doing in DEI topics, Coaching for leaders – which tends to involve helping them not to be afraid of saying the wrong thing, or training workshops on inclusion for leaders and teams.
I’m also a Neurodiversity in the Workplace trainer – helping colleagues or managers to understand neurodiversity and how to support their neurodivergent colleagues.
And finally I’m also an accredited Neurodiversity Workplace Assessor, helping you to identify the appropriate reasonable adjustments for someone with neurodifference(s).
