I have worked in learning and development for over 5 years. Prior to this I worked in a variety of roles, within a range of industries (manufacturing, chemicals and financial services).
Expertise
I have a proven track record in deliver accredited and non accredited programmes covering areas such as team leading and management, business admin, customer service, team member skills, advice and guidance and team building.
In addition I offer a wide variety of learning and development programmes including, PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, TAQA and bespoke train the trainer and mentoring skills options.
I am based in Bradford, West Yorkshire and offer excellent modern training facilities, however I am equally happy to deliver in house or at a location of your choice.
