Liam brings over 20 years multi industry expertise to his training interventions, adding a high level of credibility and gravitas to the learning process.

Prior to becoming a trainer and consultant, Liam held a number of senior leadership positions within SME's, international and national UK organisations, and some government bodies. Roles undertaken included the leadership, management, mentoring and coaching of senior and junior teams to improve performance of the individual, the team and the business as a whole. His significant experience allows him to deliver ‘real feel’ activity and discussion led training, with case studies and examples that ensure learning is fun, memorable, relevant and readily transferable to the work place.

Industry experience includes IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, Financial Services, Process Industries, Construction and Utilities. Also international exposure, having delivered training in France, Italy, Singapore, USA and the Middle East.
