Dave Morris - Coach, Facilitator and Trainer.
Dave is qualified to post-graduate level as an Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor. He has a wide range of experience in developing awareness in individuals and teams. This includes expertise in using a variety of profiling tools. Prior to founding Zentano, Dave had 28 years experience in financial services including professional sales roles, sales management and senior leadership positions.
Rich Horton - Coach, Facilitator and Mediator
Rich has a Masters in coaching and studied a variety of psychological concepts. He draws on this knowledge to ensure Zentano use an holistic approach to developing people. Rich has been a senior IT leader in large organisations before retraining as a coach and mediator.
Andy Flack - Sports Psychologist & Coach
Andy is a registered Performance Psychologist and an accredited Psychotherapist. He has worked with senior executives and professional sports people to help them adopt mind-sets that will transform their performance.
