Notes
Use this module to help participants to the realisation we all make assumptions based on our past experiences, and these assumptions shape our view of people and groups of people, creating stereotypes and the potential for prejudice.

Aims: • To explore the way underlying beliefs can drive behaviour. • To help participants to identify beliefs that they share even where the observable behaviours seem unusual.

Because of time constraints, stop after the first two exercises and don't run the final exercise that starts on page 9.

We've deliberately left the study of legislation until the end because we want people to be ready to accept the need for legislation first.
Pause for a break after 30 minutes or so.
