Time:
The exercise in this module can be completed in about 20 minutes. In total, allowing for discussion, we recommend allowing about 50 minutes for this module.

Aims:
• To test participants’ attention to detail and illustrate how skills develop when practised.
• To demonstrate continuous improvement in action and the key principles of continuous improvement.
• To illustrate the importance of sharing knowledge, experience and ideas in order to create a culture of continuous improvement.

Group Size:
This module can be used with groups of up to 12 participants. It’s not suitable for 1-1 training.

Staff at all levels.

Notes:
This activity may not be suitable for all participants as it involves focusing on moving images on screen. Those uncomfortable to take part should be allowed to observe rather than participate. This could include some learners who are not neuro typical including those who are dyslexic or colour blind as well as those who suffer from certain medical conditions such as epilepsy or some forms of migraine.

Remote/Virtual Delivery:
Remote Delivery requires a system that as an absolute minimum provides the following functionality:
• Face-to-face discussion.
• Share screen.
• Chat.
• Share files.

In addition, we strongly recommend using a system that provides for:
• Polls/Quizzes (not required).
• Breakout Rooms (required - if working in pairs).
• Collaborative Whiteboard (not required).
