Time:
This exercise will take about 15 minutes to complete. In total, allowing for discussion, we recommend allowing 20 minutes for completion.
Aims:
• To help participants identify their own feelings towards change.
• To recognise that these feelings may be shared by others.
• To identify how participants would like to be feeling by the end of the course.
Group Size:
This exercise is suitable for use with groups of up to 20 participants.

• Pens/pencils with which to draw.
