Group Activities for Assessment Centres

I am looking for some ideas for a group activity for an assessment centre day that we are holding for our retail outlets. We are looking for really strong communicators, who are really enthusiastic and love to deliver excellent service which is our key company value. We have about an hour and about 10 or so people, they are all likely to be younger (I suspect). We have a large training room and a bit of time if we need any equip. Anyone got any really great ones they can recommend~?

Hi Claire I have used a company call A&DC who have a range of validated assessment centre exercises including group activities - some are developed for specific industries. You can purchase individual exercises for the number you need, with facilitator guides. I have found them really helpful as well when I have needed to discuss the best fit exercise. a link to their website is attached.

Hi Claire - we have quite a few games in our Team Building section that work brilliantly in assessment centres.
