Hi everyone can you help me please?
Looking for material to help sell/promote on line services via a call centre. I work for a housing association and one of the advisors objective is to promote online services whilst taking repair/rent etc enquiries. We are trying to encourage our customers to start using this rather than telephone. Does anybody have any training schedules (tips/guidance) on how to improve on getting people to use on-line services rather than telephone direct?

Hi Wendy and Sally,
I work for a housing association too. We recently had our first digital initiative with a new build. We provided wifi as part of the build and gave all tenants tablets at the start of their tenancy. This is very much a pilot that we are running to see if it produces the desired outcomes. Our digital inclusion officer also provided support in the use of the tablets and staying safe online to our tenants.
A slightly different angle from your call centres doing the selling of online services but good to have options or aspirations.
