Employee Engagement Survey

Does any one have any template of an employee engagement survey they would be willing to share. I need to create one for a client and wanted to be able to crib from one that is already been created. Many Thanks in advance

I'd encourage you to have a look at Employee Engagement 3 - Engaging Manager. In it, participants consider the behaviours of engaging managers and their importance. Survey Monkey provides a simple to use tool if you want to create an online survey, and even has some templates you might wish too, or combine with our list of behaviours, too.

I'd also recommend having a read of Marcus Buckingham's book, "First Break all the Rules" as this will give you valuable background and insights.
