Does anyone have any training material on Appraisal training and also any guidelines that go with the appraisal scheme that I can edit to fit the forms I have put together. Many Thanks in advance.

I've found the "Giving Feedback" modules really useful. They really help both appraisers and appraisees understand how to give and take on board feedback in a constructive way. Elizabeth, All Round HR

Hi Anjana,

You've probably already tried this, but if you put the key word Appraisal into the search on Trainers' Library, (either the first button in Training Materials, or the search field at the top left of the screen) there are four or five really useful course modules on the topics you mention. Let me know if these don't cover your learning objectives.
