Hi Karen, hope you're good. Thought about changing the focus to a 'welcome day?' I know it sounds the same but we've helped different organisations refocus what they want their new staff to get from what is their first interaction to a new job. It's a really good opportunity to showcase the values of your organisation, what you're about and gives new starts the chance to learn more about your organisation's culture.
There's lots of different ways you can do this but the feedback we've had from delegates is that it's changed the focus from 'being inducted' to feeling welcomed and part of the organisation from the start. I can happily share what we've done. Rob [email protected]
