Hi There is a large appetite for Insights in our organisation and I feel it is sometimes used as a bit of a sticking plaster when the root cause of team issues may be other things, such as lack of clarity of roles/ goals/ poor management etc.
Does anyone that uses Insights in their company have a questionnaire they use to identify when Insights is the best approach rather than other solutions? I can design something but thought I'd check if anyone already has something first?
