Hi all, Does anyone have any fun activities to re-enforce Steve Coveys 7 Habits - i'm training a young bunch of sales people and wanted to design something around this. Any ideas much appreciated.
Second question - I've been asked to design a course for Tele-Sales - where in house recruiters are screening potential employees over the phone before a face to face interview. Does anyone have anything to share on this (Pre planning, questioning, rapport, tone of voice, pace, etc). Many thanks

Stephen Covey's 7 Habits Workbook has lots of exercises for each habit. It might be worth looking there for ideas. Also, Trainers Library The Wedding Planner is a good activity for Habit 3 - 1st Things 1st
