I'm currently managing and delivering (and have for a few years) training for shop floor staff who are on varying shift patterns. Does anyone have any innovative ideas/experiences of how this can be more effectively delivered?

Elearning with an iPad or two kept in a communal area? McDonalds use apps to train things like new till systems.

15 minute mini-sessions when people arrive, with deeper coaching for managers on how to reinforce the concepts over the day.
