Hi all,
I'm designing a team building session where two teams want to find out in a more formal way what their working styles are as they work very closely together (I'm planning on using Belbin for this). At the same time the managers want to ask team members to flex their styles to become more rounded professionals. Any hints on how I can structure the section on flexing styles? They anticipate some resistance, but flexing their style is actually important for the work both teams do (aka reaching out and not keeping their head down all the time or constantly volunteering for the same type of projects).
Any tips appreciated. Thanks, Conny

Hey, I think DISC is a great way to see styles, yes it's more communication but with "Everything DISC" they have some great, detailed assessments that might help you.
