Outdoor Team Building Activities or Games to Purchase

Hey all,
Has anyone got any suggestions for fun games or activities to do with a group of managers for team building. Just for 1.5 hours ideally to get then warmed up. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Ideally something we can use outside for more fun.

We have introduced fun games that also require strategic thinking like Chase, Scrabble, Monopoly in our team building activities and they have proved to be very efficient. it is amazing the level of staff bonding that has emerged after such activities.

Glasstap Sheep Trials (https://www.trainerslibrary.com/user_area/materials/training_doc_details.aspx?doc=309&area=2) was designed specifically to be run outside and has lots of key learning for teams, particularly around communication.

Another option would be Where Did You Get That Hat? (https://www.trainerslibrary.com/user_area/materials/training_doc_details.aspx?doc=423&area=2). You can actively encourage participants to explore outside for resources.

We also have some great options in Managers' Library that work brilliantly outside. Pulling in Different Directions (https://www.managerslibrary.com/search-activities.aspx?search=pulling%20in) and An Eggs-Acting Challenge (https://www.managerslibrary.com/search-activities.aspx?search=eggs-acting) are two such exercises that spring to mind.
