Hi Tracy,
Sorry for the delay in responding. I've basically looking for a framework to give a client that is looking to revamp their current performance reviews across their business.

We too are in the same box of looking at potentially departing from 'traditional' PDR/appraisal and seeking alternative ways to do this. I too was interested in your comment Tracey (I hope you don't mind me leaping in here) if there was option to chat further

Andrea, I am happy for you to contact me at [email protected] I can then look at the specific's you may require rather than a blanket approach. I am just about to lead our "radical" company wide approach to performance management as our Board of Directors have decided to take a leap of faith and announce "the death of the annual performance review" I understand the challenges of non sales roles and as such have materials previously used, including a variety of template designs, In terms of delivery material I have found this trainers library to be very valuable as you support Managers to be better prepared to set objectives/goals/commitments whatever you wish to call them

Hi Tracy, thank you for responding I appreciate that.
The client is looking for me to put forward a new performance review structure, they currently have one but it's not easy to follow, no SMART objectives, no detail on behavioural indicators etc so I'm really starting from scratch with them. Any help would be much appreciated. Andrea

Hi Andrea I have been involved in numerous projects and training programs associated to performance reviews both sales and non sales. What in particular are you looking to achieve.
