Hi everyone,
As of next year I'm beginning to introduce the Kirkpatrick Model to our business, with the view to get those who are requesting training thinking about business metrics they are looking to shift and behaviours/skills they are looking to change/develop within their teams.
Does anyone have any experience that they'd be willing to share with me please or better still any templates they've used?
