I'm working with a leadership team who have recently gone through a restructure and now need to operate at a much more strategic and externally facing level, rather than being stuck in managing the detail with their teams. I'd love to run a practical exercise with them to help them "feel" what the difference is and how they can get a different outcome when letting go and leading strategically. They also need to develop more of an executive presence and impact within their organisation. Can anyone recommend any activities or resources that could help with this please?
