Hi all
I find myself becoming more of a coach in my role at the moment and would like to attend a course on coaching, however at my age I really do not want to complete an accredited course or gain a qualification. A simple train the trainer type session is all I am looking for. Does anyone have any suggestion or recommendations they could pass on to me? Thank you.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I will investigate over the coming months. These have been very helpful.

Hi there, Have a look at Coaching Culture - they are really passionate about coaching and offer a variety of resources including some really effective online training. Their annual conference is inspiring and they have a really informative magazine. I worked with them for many years as Head of People Development and now as a self employed person. https://www.coachingculture.com/#/

Hi Tracy
I am an ILM Coach and Level 5 qualified counsellor and also run courses for leaders and managers on coaching and coaching skills. I could offer to take you through the courses as a Train the Trainer and then we could do some practice coaching sessions together with feedback. A coaching programme for you on MS Teams.
There are also some free ILM level 3 coaching qualifications being offered by a project at Leeds Beckett University and the WE Can project. This is of course a qualification with assignments but it is free to eligible businesses and freelancers.

Hi Tracy, I can highly recommend https://noorworks.com/coach-training/ and if you feel that's 'too big a course' then contact the owner, Mahnaz Bhatti at [email protected] and say I sent you. I'm fairly sure she'll be able to help you out one way or the other! Let me know how you get on. Best, Lottie
