Hi, I've been asked by a client to support them in developing a more inclusive culture. I've worked with this client for many years and they feel we can support as we know the business well. However, I have explained I am not a D,E and I specialist but they still wish to continue the conversation. Is there anyone in the network who would be interested in partnering with me on this? I feel strongly that it should include lived experiences and well researched content and evidence. If anyone is interested please get in touch. I'm away now until the 17th July so please don't be offended if I don't respond until I get back. Many thanks. [email protected]

Hi Ann, I would suggest my team member Ellie Lowther for this. She is absolutely brilliant and has delivered many, many workshops on DE&I. Ellie has been on her won journey as a trans-woman and just makes the topic real through recounting her own experiences, prejudices etc. If interested let me know and I can connect the both of you for at least an exploratory chat. Best, Pauline
