Action Planning
Bearing in mind your summary following the ‘Where is This Team’ activity and the key points that have come from your choice of activity this afternoon, ask participants to spend a moment or two reflecting on the day overall for them as a member of this team.

Review and Declarations
Ask each team member to complete the sentence:
“Today has been good for me because…”

Do this by taking a quick trip around the room and asking each person in turn. It’s a quick way of asking people to identify what they will take away from the day.
