Notes
Use this activity slightly differently. Ask participants to create a cocktail that reflects their best attributes and what they bring to the 'party'. If necessary, help people recognise their unique talents, gifts and skills.

Aims: • To encourage participants to focus on positive outcomes. • To encourage participants to reflect on and become more aware of their inner dialogue and the impact it has. • To provide a simple tool to help participants reframe their thinking to make it more positive.
Notes
For some, the previous activity, giving voice to their attributes, might in itself be a 'little win'.
