Hi Rod, really a very good and constructive idea and I would love to participate if time permits. I like the Huddle Think Tank or something like that. |

Yes. I'd absolutely be interested in a huddle! I really like the idea of creating a space where we can bring real-world challenges to the table and work through them collaboratively. It sounds like a great way to tap into the collective wisdom of the group, especially since so many of us face similar issues but often tackle them in isolation. Would it add value? Definitely. The chance to hear how others approach pricing, marketing, stakeholder engagement, or embedding learning would be incredibly useful and probably spark ideas I wouldn't have come to on my own. Would I attend? Yes, especially if the format is focused and time-efficient. A 45/60 minute session sounds just right. Would I help others? Absolutely. I find that helping others often helps me clarify my own thinking too and it's always inspiring to hear different perspectives. As for the name, I love the spirit of ?Challenge Buster Sessions? ? it's got energy and purpose. A few other ideas that came to mind: Peer Power Huddles The Learning Exchange Trainer ThinkTank Solution Circles Looking forward to seeing how this develops. I think it could become a really valuable part of the community! Thanks D |

Just responding to your question Linda, I see this as an opportunity to get together, explore problems (which tend to be common to a lot of people), brainstorm ideas and learn from one another's experiences. |

Morning. I think this is a great idea, something we offered for a couple of years for our managers & called leadership thinking. We chose the monthly topic & those interested signed up. We wrote a brief on the topic & brought them together for an hour, gave a brief reminder of the content & then in breakout rooms asked them specifically designed questions on the topic but also gave them an opportunity to provide their general thoughts. This worked well & also allowed networking. I would love to attend a Glasstap more generic, trainers based opportunity, where time allows. One of my teams recently created a monthly team discussion/catch-up/planning meeting & called this a "Puddle" meeting. I like that name & would suggest this. Thanks, Gill. |

Hi Rod and Happy Thursday! I'd love this and think it's a great idea. I do this with training providers I've trained with and it's an opportunity for us all to connect and learn with and from others. Sunny greetings from La Cumbre, Lottie |

Hello, For clarity, do you see this as problem-solving as compared to a more group-coaching/action learning set method? Both have their pros and cons. I'd be happy to attend where time allows. |
