Hi Elaine, yes I've used the exercise and found it really easy to facilitate. Just read it through a few times first and be prepared to give some clues if they're struggling a bit so that they don't give up! It was useful to notice a range of behaviours, particularly an unwillingness to ask for help, making assumptions. Observing the breakout rooms is also really useful for the feedback sessions. Hope that helps? |

Hi Elaine,
I have (as you'd expect ;-)) so thought I'd respond pending others' comments. Jill Fruggle's is really easy to run and yes, you can definitely have more than one team. In fact, with 17, I'd suggest having 4 or even 5 teams. The smaller the teams, the more engaged participants are likely to be. Assign each team a breakout room, send them the Activity link and then just float between the rooms as you would if you had physical syndicate rooms to observe the behaviours/what teams do and don't do well (and provide hints if you want to) .
