Having a meaningful Conversation

Hi there,

I am facilitating a training session on 'holding meaningful conversations'. This session is planned for staff to help them get the most out of their performance reviews - we do many manager sessions on giving feedback, this session is helping the individual to take ownership of the discussion.

Is there a module that would be relevant for this?

I have had a look around the modules, and they seem to be focussed more on giving feedback.

Any pointers would be great,
