We are looking at introducing a 70:20:10 framework to help encourage knowledge sharing and reduce our reliance on F2F training as work demands mean we need to find new ways of delivering learning to people. I'm interested to hear from people who have already gone down this route. What sort of things have you done? What's worked? What's not worked? Have you used technology to help you?
