Hi Linda,
I wrote Card Factory and first used it in a Conference setting with teams working together on round tables. It is perfect for large groups - it's interesting to see the different creations and it's a lot of fun when they share/compare their efforts. I'd keep each team down to about 6 or fewer - it's better to have more teams than to have too many in each team. So, in your situation, I'd suggest 10 teams of 5.
