What would you like a learning management/evaluation system to do?

Hi,

I'm interested in getting feedback from both customers who currently use an LMS and those who don't about what your ideal system would look like, and provide to you as the training function, line managers, and the learner?

Are you thinking of developing a system through Glasstap? for me I would like a calendar system, ability to book onto a course, automated email joining instructions or welcome packs, along with the ability to record learner attendance
