Business Contracts

Hi, I have been a Qualified Trainer now for the past 17 years and a Qualified Life and Business Coach for the last 4 years. This year one of my big goals is to start working with businesses. One of the things I need to have in place is a sample contract for me to tweak and adapt as necessary and I was hoping people might be happy to share anything that they currently use please?
