Hi Sarah - we have used a company called IODA for years. They have successfully ran a range of workshops in this area, Professional Inclusion we called it. Most recently we have started doing webinars and workshops on Neurodiversity with them too. I am sure if you contact Lisa Reynolds she will be happy to talk through what they can offer you. Hi, we used DSC https://www.dsc.org.uk/ Who have extensive knowledge in this area - They delivered a bespoke Zoom session for one of our departments on 'Unconscious Bias & Meaningful Conversations' which has had excellent feedback, so much so that we're looking at rolling it out to the rest of our business. It was delivered at a very cost-effective price too. Hope this helps. |

Hi Sarah, I would highly recommend a company called Inclusive Employers (https://www.inclusiveemployers.co.uk/). I have worked with them a couple of times and they have significant experience and will put together something that really meets your exact needs.
