Hi Tracy, I used "Are You OK with This?" last week and it was great for generating discussion on what is and isn't acceptable in the workplace. It is aimed at managers but you could probably take a selection of the cards to use with ground floor level staff. Or possibly add in your own scenarios based on real-life issues that may need addressing.
