Interviewees required for Insight Paper

Good afternoon

I’m currently interviewing L&D professionals within organisations who are responsible for internal training and/or a budget holder, for an Insight Paper I am writing titled, Creating More for Less: Leveraging Cost Effective Internal Training to Drive Workplace Efficiency and Change.

I am looking for 5 individuals who are willing to answer 5 questions and spare 20 minutes of their time on zoom. All answers remain anonymous and you will also receive a copy of the paper.

Hi Sera, I design all of our Development Programmes and Wellbeing Programmes internally as well as our Menopause and Resilience programmes but I'm not the budget holder? Would be willing to get involved if required.
