I am working on a session around accountability for leaders. Do you have any ideas what I could use to discuss what we mean by accountability, and any suggestions for videos to bring this to life?

Covey, S.M.R., 2008. The speed of trust: The one thing that changes everything. London: Simon & Schuster - may be a source of some inspirational quotes. Would recommend highlighting shared ownership - those who are involved in making the plans are more motivated to see them through - and clarity of roles and actions - people cannot be accountable if they are not clear on what they are meant to do and by when.

Hello Nicola, such an important topic! My go-to person in this context is Michael Timms. He has written the book "How leaders can inspire accountability" which I think is quite good. He has also done a TEDx Talk which now has reached more than 2 million views, plus that you will find several shorter clips if you search YouTube. Hope it helps!
