Gen Z trainings

I have been asked to pull together a two-day workshop around the following areas:
1. Management for new generations of staff, especially Gen Z staff - how they manage change (resistance to), in particular the lack of resilience that we do see with Gen Z staff.
2. Digital transformation: how to work with something that is potentially threatening job wise/unknown/has alot of negative social media etc as long as the practical, time saving consequences of this technology.
3. Managing in a world that is chaotic – how does one approach a world of ambiguity with young staff who prefer to see things as black and white.
I would appreciate any thoughts and pointers to supporting in the development of this.
Many thanks and best wishes, Ruth

Hi Ruth
I have recently developed a workshop around very similar topics, focussing firstly on mindsets and then working through how mindsets impact resilience, confidence, beliefs, change and emotional regulation. I am linking it to 'Is AI threatening your role?' and how this is impacting negatively on some roles and individuals, creating uncertainty and ambiguity.
I am more than happy to share some of my learnings as I have been developing and creating the sessions.
