Hey everyone

I've been drafted in last minute to support with a training session for one of our management teams - to be delivered next Tuesday!
The team is considered high performing - on paper, in that they consistently achieve their KPIs and outperforming their budget.
The challenge is that this high performing team has gone from 32 people to 12 within the space of two years (because of internal business challenges). They work well, but still in internal silos, with the most senior colleagues involved in managing the team, doing the doing and delivering to the client.
They want me to come in to start the conversation about breaking down some of the barriers that are enabling the silos and creating a shared vision.

The session will be delivered face to face, so I'm looking at Creating a Shared Vision and Achieving a Shared Vision at the moment, but also feel the Department Game might work... welcome any thoughts... any other guidance towards a suitable module would be gratefully received.

Where is this Team is a good exercise to help the team establish what they do well & should continue doing as a team, what they should stop doing because it brings no value & what they should start doing to improve team working, relationships, out of the silo, etc. Good luck.

Hi Rav,

I would suggest looking at The Wheel too, it really highlights the damage a silo mentality can cause and how teams can achieve so much more by working together.

Hop this helps.
