As a leader, you'll need to be able to inspire change,
whether that's change in individual behaviours, a change in processes, or a
complete restructure.

So how can you inspire others to embrace change?

There are two basic methods for inspiring change:

One, we can make the current situation seem so bad that
people want to move away from it, Run Away.

Or two, we can make a shiny new future seem so attractive
that people feel compelled to strive for it. Run Towards.

One, or a combination of both of these, inspires all change.
